Conclusion

Processor- The processor is electronic single integrated circuit chip.   It is hardware part which it process command given by user and give output. The processor is build from transistors.

Generation-

The processor is made from transistor. So as transistor size is going small the consumption of electricity in low.

The size of transistor are so small which are measured in Nano meter. The Intel continuously improves its processor so it becomes more fast and electricity efficient.

So when new processor launch it became more fast and electricity efficient.

For example 3i 10generation processor is less power consumption than 3i 9 generation processor.

Type of the processor-

There are so many processors like 3i, 5i, 7i, 9i etc. As well as we by high processor the speed, efficiency and cost is increase.

Core- The core is just like hand of processor. When user gives any task to processor divided in core.

If there is single core processor entire task is complete one processor.

If there are 2 cores the entire task is divide is two parts so task will complete fast than single core processor.

If there are 4 cores the entire task is divide is four parts so task will complete fast than 2 core processor.

So as well as task is going to increase the work will complete more fast

Speed of processor

The speed of processor is measure is in number of cycles of CPU executes per second. It measured in gigahertz  (GHz).

The every cycle of CPU billions of transistors within the processor open and close.

Type of processor core

Single Core Processor

Dual Core Processor

Quad Core Processor

Hexa Core Processor

Octa Core Processor

Decca Core Processor

Thread-

The tread is part of the core.

The thread is like a path in which of processor.

Conclusion-

This article is mention about in processor, generation, types and core of processor. It helps to understand best processor when you buy new computer and laptop. As the number of thread increase processor is increase.
