The Sell products and services on internet is called E.commerce . The E mean electronic and commerce mean business.

In E.commerce the company or shop show their product or service on their website. The price of product or service are show along with their.

The process of buying product or service from internet. 

(1)The customer visits their site and select their product or service any place order.

 

(2)The mode of payment credit card or debit card or cash on deliver (COD).

 

(3)In case of customer select credit card or debit card or net banking the customer have to pay before receiving order.

 

(4)But in if customer select cash on delivery when customer receive product he or she will pay it.

  

(5)If customer not satisfy with product which they receive from company, they return.

 

(6)In this situation company refund payment of customer in their account.

  

(7)Product come at given address of customer

(8)If service customer has to pay by credit card or debit card to company and company provide their service for example mobile recharge, flight ticket booking.

 

There are 7 types of ecommerce

 

(1)Business to Customer(B2C)-

 When any customer sell or buys any product or service from any company on internet. The example amazon where millions of customers by their product service

 

(2)Customer to Business-(C2B)-

 When any customer sells product or service to any company on internet. For example amazon.

 

(3)Customer to Customer(C2C)-

When any customer sells or buy product or service to other customer using third party platform on internet.

 

 

(4)Business to Business (B2B)- -

When any company sells or buy product or service to other company using third party platform on internet.

 

(5)Business to Administration (B2A)- When any company sells or buy product or service to government department. For example tender licensing

 

 

 

(6)Consumer to Administration (C2A)- When any person sells or buy product or service to government department. For example- fee payment of education, tax refund

 

(7)Mobile ecommerce- when any customer transaction from mobile is called mobile ecommerce. For example buy or sell product or service from website or apps. 

 

 

Advantages of e.commerce-

(1) It saves time.

(2) It saves money.

(3) Easy to pay

(4) The customer can get lots of verities for buying their product.

(5) Customer have no time limitation for going to shop it is every time open.
