Every year 28 February India celebrate National Science Day. This day Dr. C.V Raman discovered Raman Effect.

Indigenous Technologies for Viksit Bharat.” 

 

How it celebrates-

 

National Science Day there are many science fair, exhibitions, science base films, competitions and conference and so many activities organized in schools, colleges, and research institute India.

 

Dr. C. V Raman-

 

The Sir Dr. Chandrasekhar Venkata Raman was born 7 November 1888 Tiruchirappalli Tamil Nadu India. Dr. C.V Raman was physicist.

Dr. C.V Raman got so many awards for his research in Physics. 

He invention of Raman Effect and get Nobel prize in Physics 1930.He got Bharat Ratna 1954.

  

Raman Effect- It is event of the scattering of light when it passes through a transparent material, leading to  change its wavelength and energy. This experiment was done on Prism.

 

Conclusion-

National Science Day remember importance of science how it use in our daily life so that student motivated about study and research in science.
