Today is international Yoga day. Every year 21 June is International Yoga day this day is declare by united nation.

is Yoga
The yoga means how to live life. The tell us how to
control heart and mind and balance in life. The Yoga not only keep health body
but mind also. The Yoga is Sanskrit word which mean connect human from God.
The Rishi Patanjali was the founder of Yoga. There are more than thousand are Yoga is available. The Yoga I mention in Rigveda. The Yoga is also mention in so many so many Upanishad. There are different type of Asanas teach in Yoga. The Asana is mean different type of sitting form which called Mudra.
