What is E Passport in India
  

The E Passport is same as normal passport but there is deferent that E passport has electronic chip in which all the biometric information is store in digital format.

While rest of all rule and condition are same it. There are more than 100 countries have using epassport service.

It is easy to immigration process.

There are two type of issue new passport.

 

Normal- It take approximately 30 days to 45 days.  

 

Tatkaal- it issue in week.in tatkaal passport you must have to pay extra fee which double from normal passport.

 

 

There are no any different between normal and tatkaal passport both are absolutely same but there only different that normal take 30 to 45 days in issue of passport which Tatkaal issue in within week.

 

 

There are two type of passport on base of page size

 

Standard size 36 page- There are only 36 page in passport

 

Jumbo Size60 page- There are only 60 page in passport. The fee of jumbo size passport is more than standard size passport.

 

 

There is on any different between 36 and 60 page of passport only number of page are different in passport.
